Thanks to its proximity to major infrastructure hubs, competitive power access, and strong network connectivity, Southern Paris is a strategic hub for cloud and IT service providers.

The Goodman PAR02 Data Centre is developed in the South of Paris, on a 110,000 sqm plot that has benefitted from a circular deconstruction process for maximum sustainability. This 108 MW IT Campus is located within close proximity to the centre of Paris market enabling a low-latency connection and a secured IT environment.

Thoughtfully designed with two distinct buildings, each proposes its own entrance, modern office areas, a technical equipment room, and mechanical/power yard.

Connectivity, power and low risk for data centre operations

• 160 MW power capacity secured
• Direct connection to fibre network available at the plot
• International Tiers 1 fibre carriers such as EuNEtworks, Orange, SFR, Zayo in close proximity
• Low risk profile location outside of flooding and earthquake zones, as well as flight corridors from Paris Orly airport
• No hazardous uses, high-risk industrial businesses or gas stations located in the immediate neighbourhood.

Sustainability

We want our data centres to stand the test of time while minimising their environmental impact. Beyond transforming a brownfield site, PAR02 will be a GreenSpace+ property, including the following sustainability features:

• Green building certification foreseen (LEED platinum targeted)
• Waste heat recovery ready
• High-quality outdoor facilities to support employee wellbeing
• EV parking
• Green roofs and PV installation on office buildings and ancillary buildings
• Design includes efficient and state-of-the-art technical installations, including waterless cooling, resulting in a low PuE lowering electrical consumption 
• Circular deconstruction reached 99.2% overall recovery rate, thanks to:

– Direct reemployment of items by local companies or associations

– Recycling materials

– Materials being recovered for energy purposes to replace non-renewable fossil fuels
