Goodman, a leading owner, developer and manager of logistics properties in Europe, has completed its thirteenth project for Amazon, bringing the Group’s total space delivered for the global e-commerce giant to one million sqm in Europe over the past eight years. The latest and most advanced fulfilment centre developed by Goodman for Amazon, located in Wroclaw, Poland, officially opened on 28 October. It is one of the largest free standing logistics centres in the Central and Eastern European region.
Since 2006, Goodman has delivered or developed at least one fulfilment centre for Amazon almost every year at Goodman’s strategically located land-banks across Europe.
