Goodman European Partnership secures GRESB five stars

The Goodman European Partnership (GEP) has been awarded five stars from the ESG benchmarking and reporting body GRESB in both the Standing Investment and Development benchmarks for the third consecutive year.

While results are awarded annually, for Goodman CE’s head of sustainability, Marie Maggiordomo, the scoring represents much more than a year’s effort. 
“This type of achievement doesn’t happen overnight,” she says. “Our customers and investors all understand that we are committed to the highest levels of sustainability right across our portfolio.”

Goodman’s GEP has been participating in GRESB for eight years. This year it received a score of 89 for standing investments and 98 for developments.
