Philippe started with Goodman in April 2008 as a Business Development Manager. Two years later he was promoted to Head of Business Development before taking on his current role as Country Director for France in 2013. Philippe brings extensive real estate expertise to the table, having served as a Real Estate Director for the SERNAM Group prior to joining Goodman.


As Country Director for France, Philippe has been instrumental in the growth of Goodman’s portfolio in France, leading the company’s commercial, technical and finance teams.  

Philippe holds an engineering degree from ESTP and completed the Negotiation Dynamics Programme at INSEAD.
